Updated Recommended Reading List

I head out in the morning to Woodbridge, Virginia. On my itinerary is a Self Defense workshop at Pat Tray's Trident Academy, which I am honored and excited to teach. As I update some of my handouts, I realized I should put the update on the website as well!

Here's the updated recommended reading list I hand out in class. The list is by no means comprehensive and the books and resources are listed in no particular order. I found them full of interesting and potentially life saving information, written by authorities in their fields and were fun to read. If there are some books I should have on here, but have missed, please let me know and I'll grab a copy and read them!
